Custom Order Down Payment

A non-refundable down payment is required to begin all custom embroidery orders. This deposit secures your order, materials, digitizing, and production time. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than one (1) week prior to the scheduled completion or pickup date. Orders with unpaid balances after this deadline may be delayed, paused, or canceled. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree to these payment terms.
