Returns and Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our products and services. If there is a defect in the printing or embroidery, we will work with you to replace the item or offer a refund.
If the defect is due to an error on the customer’s part, we are not responsible for any costs associated with the replacement.
If you believe that your order is defective, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.
All sales are final for custom orders and non-defective items.
